Bias un honest grade

I found out that from the last section of grade 12 will become valedictorian and also salutatorian from last section is that because of school teacher daughter and for the 1st section top they put in 3rd honor i hope DepEd will investigate this, do some audit for student final grade.. i hope deped reply my email
