Complaints for assisting

I can say that my experience in Sta. Barbara rural health cent was not good.
Supposed all the employees will give you a good service for thoae in need infact thats not what happen.
As a senior citizen and barely to walk what did you expect from them? And you all supposed to help them and assist them.I dont mention a name which is I dont know exactly the person but that was the experience of my mother with these health community.

Hope it wont happen again.
