not good in service

Up to this day I still can’t forget that my mother died here. Their service is not good, until now, they still haven’t sent the results of the citi scan. The nurses were just taking care of attaching the devices to mom when they saw that we were already in the room where mom’s body was almost frozen in the cold. I really regret why we brought mom here to this hospital.🥹
